My hometown is Crossville, TN, and I am majoring in Honors Ecology and Evolutionary Biology. My favorite K-12 teacher was my 4th grade teacher, Mrs. Webb, because she always made learning fun. I remember specifically a day where we all got the chance to pick and teach a lesson to the class. It was a lot of fun, and she always incorporated activities into her lessons. Because of her and many other great science teachers I had, I was inspired to become a teacher. I truly love science content, and I want to make the content truly engaging and enjoyable for the next generation, like my K-12 science teachers did for me!
